About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Intern to
work directly under the Product Head.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world product development, software lifecycle
management, and cross-functional execution across Mobile Apps, Web Platforms, Backend
Systems, and AI-driven products.
The selected candidate will be trained in structured project execution, documentation
standards, sprint management, stakeholder coordination, and product thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1⃣ Reporting & Task Management
Create and manage tasks in ClickUp / Jira
Break down high-level requirements into structured task lists
Track sprint progress and update status reports
Maintain delivery timelines and flag bottlenecks
Prepare weekly and daily execution reports
2⃣ Documentation & Process Structuring
Draft BRDs, PRDs, SOWs, MOMs, and Functional Documents
Create structured process documentation
Maintain version-controlled documentation repositories
Assist in creating product roadmaps and execution flows
Standardize internal templates for reporting
3⃣ Coordination & Follow-ups
Coordinate with UI/UX, Backend, Mobile, QA, and Marketing teams
Follow up on deliverables and timelines
Ensure tickets are properly scoped before development
Track dependencies across teams
4⃣ Product Learning & Execution Exposure
Understand end-to-end product lifecycle
Learn sprint planning and backlog grooming
Assist in defining workflows and validation logic
Participate in requirement gathering sessions
Support release planning and documentation

Eligibility
● Final year student or recent graduate (Engineering, BBA, MBA, BMS, IT, Computer
Science, or related field)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of how mobile apps or websites work
