1. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Plan and execute recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Coordinate with the Principal and management for manpower planning.
- Publish job advertisements and shortlist candidates.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Issue appointment letters, contracts, and joining documents.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Manage staff joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
3. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement school HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor staff attendance and working hours.
- Maintain leave records and approvals.
- Coordinate with accounts department for payroll processing.
5. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal systems for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Coordinate teacher evaluations and feedback processes.
- Assist management in staff development plans.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs of teachers and staff.
- Organize workshops, professional development programs, and training sessions.
7. Employee Relations
- Address staff concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive and professional workplace environment.
- Support disciplinary procedures when required.
8. HR Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain HRMIS / staff database.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
- Maintain service records, confirmations, promotions, and increments.
9. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure staff background verification.
- Maintain records related to child protection policies and staff conduct guidelines.
- Support school safety policies and statutory compliance.
