Key Responsibilities

- Build long-term relationships with key customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare account reports and performance updates.
