We are looking for an experienced Hard Goods / Home Décor Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Handicraft and Home Décor industry, excellent design skills, and experience working with international retail markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative Hard Goods and Home Décor products.
- Conduct trend research and create seasonal collections based on market demand.
- Understand customer preferences in the European and USA retail markets.
- Create product concepts using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Coordinate with buyers and vendors throughout the product development process.
- Work independently while managing multiple design projects.
- Ensure timely completion of design assignments within project deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop commercially successful products.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Handicraft & Home Décor industry (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in trend forecasting and collection development.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with buyers and vendors.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)
