Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer collections, maintain healthy loan portfolios, and ensure timely recovery of dues. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and negotiation skills and be willing to travel within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for timely collection of EMI installments.
- Visit customers and conduct field collections as per company guidelines.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets.
- Update collection status and customer interactions in the company's system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Credit teams for account-related issues.
- Identify high-risk accounts and report them to the Branch Manager.
- Handle customer grievances professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare daily collection reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, or Vehicle Finance will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and achieve collection targets.
- Problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field collections.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license will be preferred.
Salary
CTC: As per company norms and candidate experience.
