Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Cafe Staff / Barista to join our cafe team. You will be responsible for serving high-quality coffee and beverages, taking orders, and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, etc.).
Handle counter transactions, process payments, and manage the billing system.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the counter, seating area, and kitchen.
Manage food and beverage stock levels and report inventory needs.
Ensure quick and friendly customer service at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Barista or Cafe Staff is preferred (Freshers are also welcome).
Passion for coffee and food service.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
