Job Title:- Telecaller Executive
Job Summary:-
The job role of a Telecaller Executive includes making outgoing calls or receiving incoming calls to communicate with customers, generate leads, sell products/services, and provide customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outgoing calls to potential or existing customers.
Receive incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information.
Explain products/services to customers and convince them to buy products/services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Keep a record of customers and update the database.
Follow up with customers regarding customer satisfaction or sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Resolve customer complaints.
Work with sales and support teams.

Persuasion & Negotiation Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office & CRM Tools)
Ability to Handle Rejection & Stress
Good Listening Skills
Good command over the languages required (English, Hindi, regional languages)
Qualifications:-
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or Graduation (Preferable)
Previous experience in Telecalling or Customer Service would be a plus
Work Environment:-
Office or Call Center Environment
Rotational Shifts (which may include Weekends or Night Shifts)
Salary Range (India):-
₹ 10,000 to ₹ 25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Incentives or Bonus as per Performance
Job Type: Fresher
Pay: ₹19,086.00 - ₹21,888.94 per month
