Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Program Producer to manage and produce engaging content for a business-focused TV channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business news, media production, and content planning, along with the ability to deliver high-quality programs within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute business news and program content for TV and digital platforms
- Coordinate with anchors, reporters, editors, and production teams
- Research and create content related to business, economy, startups, and markets
- Handle end-to-end production (concept to execution) of shows
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Manage guest coordination, interviews, and panel discussions
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams for sponsored content integration
- Monitor trends and bring innovative ideas for programming
Key Requirements:
- Experience in TV production / news production (business preferred)
- Strong understanding of business, finance, and current affairs
- Excellent scriptwriting, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced media environment
- Strong coordination and team management skills
Preferred Profile:
- Background in business journalism or media production
- Experience with business news channels or digital media platforms
- Network with industry experts, guests, and speakers
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
