We are looking for a proactive and organized HR, Admin & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, administrative activities, and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth office operations while supporting employees and management.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee induction, training, and engagement activities.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance agencies.
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain office assets and records.
- Handle courier, correspondence, and general office support.
Accounts
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record purchase and sales invoices.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Assist in GST/TDS documentation and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and Chartered Accountants during audits.
- Maintain petty cash and expense reports.
- Support monthly financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Freshers with strong knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
