ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
- Valid RNRM Registration mandatory ( Maharashtra)
- Fresher to 6 years of experience
- ICU / CCU / MDCCU / Emergency / Transplant experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Care
- Provide care for pre and post-transplant patients
- Monitor critical patient conditions and vital parameters
- Assist in ICU management of critically ill patients
Transplant Care Support
- Assist in pre-operative preparation and evaluation
- Monitor post-transplant recovery and complications
- Ensure strict infection control practices
Medication & Treatment
- Administer IV/IM/oral medications as prescribed
- Monitor drug response and adverse effects
Documentation
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation
- Support clinical data management and reporting
Patient Support
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care
- Support discharge planning and follow-up guidance
Team Coordination
- Work with doctors, transplant coordinators, and ICU teams
- Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong ICU and critical care nursing skills
- Medication administration expertise
- Clinical documentation accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Patient safety and quality-focused approach
