Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and
promote Law-Tech products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their
satisfaction and trust.
2. Product Expertise & Presentation:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Law-Tech’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
3. Client Communication:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about products, services, pricing,
and payment processes.
4. Ethical Sales Practices:
- Ensure all sales processes align with ethical standards and company policies.
- Maintain transparency with clients about pricing, terms, and conditions.
5. Transaction Management:
- Oversee client payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain records of payments and provide regular updates to the finance team.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and support, to enhancethe client experience.
- Share insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in law-based products or services.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
