Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for a variety of media, including websites, print materials, advertisements, social media posts, logos, packaging, and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and deliver effective design solutions.
- Editing and Refining: Edit and refine existing designs to enhance their visual appeal and usability.
- Produce Marketing Materials: Create brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, and other promotional materials.
- Typography and Image Selection: Choose appropriate fonts, colors, and images to communicate the desired message and ensure visual consistency.
- Presentation of Concepts: Present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders and iterate on feedback to finalize designs.
- File Management: Organize design files and ensure they are properly saved and archived for future use.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company’s visual content stays fresh and relevant.
- Quality Control: Ensure the final designs meet technical and quality standards before production or publication.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills.
- Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
- Typography & Color Theory: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and outside the box to come up with innovative design solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in design work.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting design ideas.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges and think strategically about the intended outcome.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt design styles and approaches based on feedback and project requirements.
Experience - 0 to 2years
Salary - For freshers starting from 20,000 Per Month and for experienced person based on their previous salary package.
