Job Summary
SAPGuru is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Freelance Admission Counselors to promote our SAP training programs and guide prospective students throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Explain SAP courses, certifications, curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and training schedules.
- Understand students' educational background and career goals to recommend suitable SAP modules.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates until admission is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the admission and training teams for enrollment, batch confirmation, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build relationships with colleges, working professionals, and corporate contacts to generate quality leads.
- Represent SAPGuru professionally while maintaining high ethical standards.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Sales/Marketing background preferred).
- Experience in educational counseling, admissions, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of SAP courses is preferred (training can be provided).
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
