We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead residential architecture projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of residential architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Develop innovative and functional architectural concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is properly implemented during execution.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and project approvals.
- Review project drawings and ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality, design, and timeline requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Participate in material selection, detailing, and design development.
- Identify potential design and execution challenges and provide practical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong experience in residential architecture is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
