Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Executive who can manage and convert leads generated through social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and other online sources. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospects, understanding their requirements, conducting regular follow-ups, and supporting sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data in the Google sheet / CRM system.
Handle leads received from Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, Website, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM on a regular basis.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for lead closures.
Track lead status, customer responses, and conversion ratios.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Prepare daily and weekly lead follow-up reports
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Sales and customer handling abilities.
Follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Education: Min. Graduate
Working Days: 6 Days (Tuesday to Sundya, Monday Off)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
