Daily Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and explain products professionally.
* Conduct 15–20 meaningful customer conversations every day.
* Generate 5–10 qualified enquiries daily.
* Prepare and coordinate 2–5 quotations per day.
* Follow up with pending leads until order closure.
* Maintain accurate customer records and submit a daily performance report in Excel.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support and order processing.
