Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Education: Earn a bachelor's degree followed by a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Training: Complete a 3- to 7-year residency or internship specializing in pathology.
- Licensing: Hold a valid medical license and pass national board exams.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience using laboratory gear like microscopes.
