Job Profile
- Monitor all Tata Motors claims on a daily basis.
- Track pending, approved, rejected, and settled claims through Tata Motors portals.
- Verify claim documentation before submission to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Reconcile approved claims with company accounts and bank receipts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly claim status reports for management.
- Identify delayed or rejected claims and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records of all claim-related documents and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with Tata Motors claim guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Assist during internal and external audits related to claims.
- Support month-end closing activities related to claim accounting.
- Monitor outstanding claim receivables and escalate long-pending cases.
- Coordinate with branch teams to resolve claim-related queries promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
