- Maintain the customer database and ensure 100% data accuracy
- Track all customer interactions, sales history, and communication logs
- Segment data for targeted marketing and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer queries and complaints via email, phone, or chat
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on retention and sales pipelines
- Monitor lead stages and send follow-up alerts to sales teams
- Collect customer feedback through digital surveys to improve service
- Identify customer journey bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
- Train internal staff on data input and CRM system navigation
- Collaborate with marketing to run automated email and WhatsApp campaigns
