Store Executive – Job Description

Aayuritz Phytonutrients Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Ayurvedic, herbal, nutraceutical, and wellness products with a strong presence in domestic and international markets. The company specializes in medicinal herbs, herbal powders, capsules, tablets, extracts, and private-label manufacturing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward stock activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Handle receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock reports.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and material handling practices.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments.
- Maintain store housekeeping and compliance with company standards.
- Track inventory movements and report discrepancies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Basic understanding of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage stock records accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification
- Graduate in Any Discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Store Management/Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG, herbal, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Local candidates from Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
