- Prepare and cook South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa batter, sambar, chutneys, rasam, upma, etc.)
- Assist the Commis I, Demi Chef de Partie, or Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure proper mise en place (preparation of ingredients before service)
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen SOPs
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards
- Properly store food and ingredients (FIFO method)
- Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
