About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our global team in India.
This is not a traditional "keep the lights on" Salesforce Admin position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving business processes, supporting users, and helping drive Salesforce adoption across an international organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and takes pride in maintaining a well-structured Salesforce environment. You should be comfortable working directly with users, providing exceptional support, helping users adopt best practices, and delivering guidance and training when needed (including Salesforce Trailhead and other available learning resources).
We are looking for someone who actively identifies opportunities to improve the support experience, anticipates potential issues before they become problems, and helps ensure users receive the assistance they need to be successful.
This role will begin as a consulting engagement with the opportunity to transition into a long-term position for the right candidate.
The position is based in our Pune office. While some hybrid flexibility may be available, we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and working closely with colleagues in person.
As part of a global organization, the role may also include opportunities to travel and collaborate with teams in our international offices around the world.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests and user assistance
- Deliver exceptional support to Salesforce users across multiple departments and regions
- Own support cases from creation through resolution or appropriate escalation
- Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce support demand
- Help drive Salesforce adoption and encourage consistent use of established business processes
- Assist users with Salesforce best practices and available training resources
- Support user onboarding and user enablement activities
- Manage users, permissions, profiles, roles, and security settings
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and analytics
- Build and maintain Flows and automation
- Configure page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules, and custom fields
- Assist with data quality initiatives and CRM governance
- Document procedures, support processes, and best practices
- Work closely with management and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with international teams across multiple countries and time zones
What We're Looking For
Required
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform administration
- Experience with reports, dashboards, security, automation, and user management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges

- Basic understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development concepts
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Atlassian Administration
