Position: Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to oversee and manage security operations, surveillance systems, access control, and emergency response activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, or corporate security environments and be capable of ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and company premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security operations and ensure effective security coverage across the facility.
- Monitor and control CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and security equipment.
- Conduct regular security inspections, patrols, and risk assessments.
- Investigate security incidents, thefts, accidents, and policy violations, and submit detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response activities including fire, medical, and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Supervise security personnel, deploy manpower effectively, and maintain discipline.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and emergency services when required.
- Maintain visitor management, vehicle movement control, and gate security procedures.
- Conduct security awareness training and drills for employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 6–7 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or corporate security.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency management.
- Experience in handling security investigations and incident management.
- Military, ex-serviceman, or reputed security consultancy background preferred.
- Certification in Security Management will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
