Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
- Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Support monthly, quarterly & annual closing processes.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor & customer reconciliations.
- Support implementation and review of accounting systems/processes.
- Participate in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Review internal controls and identify improvement areas.
- Conduct substantive testing as per audit plans.
- Prepare audit working papers and document observations.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS/AS and auditing standards.
- Assist in preparation & filing of Income Tax, GST, and TDS returns.
- Support tax planning and compliance activities.
- Assist during tax audits and assessments.
- Keep updated with latest amendments in tax laws.
- Support international taxation requirements (Form 15CA/CB), if required.
- Analyze financial data to identify variances & trends.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Support financial risk assessment and preventive controls.
- Provide basic financial insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory reports with authorities.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI.
- Completed mandatory articleship.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, audit standards & taxation laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent numerical and data analysis ability.
- Proficient in Tally / SAP / Oracle / QuickBooks & MS Excel.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong organizational & time-management skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing industry practices.
- Familiarity with IFRS/Ind AS during articleship.
