Role Overview
The Creative Team Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of creative strategies, digital campaigns, branding initiatives, and visual communication requirements of the organization. The role requires strong coordination skills, creative thinking, content understanding, and the ability to manage multiple design and communication projects in a fast-paced environment aligned with organizational objectives and government-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1*. Creative Strategy & Content Coordination*
* Ensure planning and execution of creative campaigns for digital, social media, branding, and outreach activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams for design requirements, campaign deliverables, and communication materials.
* Ensure conceptualizing creatives, presentations, promotional materials, and visual communication assets.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline communication channels.
* Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams for integrated campaign execution.
2. Design, Print & Creative Execution
* Ensure creating and review of social media creatives, banners, brochures, reports, presentations, posters, standees, flyers, and other print materials.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and external creative vendors for timely deliverables.
* Oversee preparation and finalization of print-ready files ensuring correct formats, bleed, resolution, and branding guidelines.
* Ensure printing coordination with vendors including approvals, sampling, production timelines, and quality checks.
* Ensure creative outputs meet organizational quality and branding standards.
* Contribute ideas for innovative and engaging content formats.
3*. Project Coordination & Workflow Management*
* Track creative tasks, timelines, approvals, and project deliverables.
* Coordinate with multiple departments for requirement gathering and execution support.
* Maintain records of creative assets, campaign files, and design resources.
* Ensure timely closure of assigned projects and follow-up on pending deliverables.
* Ensure managing production schedules and vendor coordination where required.
4. Digital & Brand Support
* Ensure management of organization branding initiatives and digital presence.
* Ensure monitoring of campaign performance and engagement metrics.
* Ensure proper formatting, proofreading, and alignment of creative content before publishing.
* Ensure event branding, presentation development, and official communication creatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
* Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media trends.
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools preferred.
* Good coordination and project management abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
* Graduate in Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related discipline.
* Certification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or Creative Tools preferred.
Preferred Experience
* 1–2 years of experience in creative coordination, graphic design, branding, or digital content roles.
* Experience in social media campaigns, content creation, or creative project management preferred.
* Prior experience in consulting, agency, startup, media, or corporate environments will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
