We are a growing medical billing company serving healthcare providers across the United States. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our reporting, analytics, and client presentation needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports for multiple medical billing clients based on their specific business requirements.
- Analyze billing, collections, AR, denial management, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Build advanced Excel reports utilizing formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, and automation tools.
- Design and implement automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Gather reporting requirements directly from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Present reports, dashboards, and analytical findings to clients in a professional manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement areas through data analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in healthcare or medical billing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development.
- Experience with data automation, workflow optimization, and reporting automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple client reporting requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare Analytics.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with Power Automate, VBA, Python, or other automation technologies.
- Understanding of key healthcare KPIs, AR metrics, denial analysis, and collection performance indicators.
