Job Summary
Arpana Tiles Mart is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive showroom sales and build strong relationships with customers, builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and basic knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, and bathroom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and related products.
* Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
* Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
* Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities.
* Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for smooth order fulfillment.
* Maintain showroom displays and product samples.
* Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
