- Client Acquisition: Identify and source potential borrowers who lack access to traditional banking services.
- Financial Literacy: Educate clients on basic banking procedures, savings, micro-insurance, and pensions.
- Loan Processing: Assist customers in completing loan applications and guide them through the disbursement process.
- Collection Management: Conduct regular field visits to collect monthly/weekly installments and fees while maintaining strict adherence to ethical practices
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
