Key Responsibilities
* Plan and shoot reels, interviews, testimonials, educational videos, and event content.
* Edit engaging videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, music, sound effects, color correction, and branding.
* Design social media posts, flyers, brochures, thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials.
* Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content ideas.
* Identify relevant trends and use *trend-jacking strategies* to create timely content.
* Optimize content using basic *SEO principles*, keywords, hashtags, titles, and platform best practices.
* Understand social media algorithms and adapt content to improve reach, engagement, and visibility.
* Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style.
Required Skills
* Strong video shooting and editing skills.
* Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
* Good understanding of social media algorithms and content performance.
* Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, hashtags, and content optimization.
* Ability to identify trends and create relevant, fast-moving content.
* Understanding of hooks, audience retention, engagement, and short-form content formats.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Software
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or VN Editor.
A strong portfolio of video editing, reels, and graphic design work is preferred.
