Job Title: Process Trainer – US Healthcare Process

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Process Trainer with a strong background in US Healthcare processes to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, onboarding new hires, conducting refresher sessions, and ensuring employees meet process quality and performance standards. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver process and domain training for new hires and existing employees in US Healthcare operations.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, process documentation, SOPs, and training modules.
- Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher, and upskilling sessions.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, mock calls, and certification programs.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, quality audits, and stakeholder feedback.
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Management teams to bridge knowledge gaps and improve team performance.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare training reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, compliance standards, and process updates.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance productivity and quality outcomes.
- Support transition and process improvement initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5+ years of experience as a Process Trainer in a US Healthcare process.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare concepts such as Provider/Patient Services,
- Proven experience in training employees and driving learning outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to create engaging training content and learning interventions.
- Strong analytical, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings (8am to 5pm CST)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Prior experience handling end-to-end training lifecycle in a US Healthcare environment.
- Exposure to quality, process improvement, and performance management initiatives will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
