Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Support manpower planning and workforce management across corporate and project sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor HR activities, employee attendance, compliance, and workforce issues.
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads for staffing requirements.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Lead performance appraisal, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain employee records.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate industry.
- Experience handling both corporate office and construction/project site HR activities.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular site visits is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to lead a team and work closely with senior management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manpower planning for construction and real estate projects.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
