Job Title: Receptionist & Admin Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & Admin Executive to manage the front desk, welcome visitors, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
Maintain and update client databases, office records, and documents.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and correspondence.
Support administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
Assist different departments with administrative support as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, or Administration (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle clients politely and efficiently.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
