Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls (often 50–100+ per day) to potential customers from a provided database.
- Pitching & Product Knowledge: Explaining complex products or services in simple, persuasive terms to see if they fit the customer’s needs.
- Need Analysis: Asking the right questions to understand a “pain point” and positioning the product as the solution.
- Handling Objections: This is the “heart” of the job. You’ll need to professionally navigate “I’m not interested” or “It’s too expensive.”
- Closing & Documentation: Finalizing the sale, processing payments, and accurately updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
