Job Title : CAE Engineer / ANSYS FEA Engineer
Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Plan the execution of Structural Analysis by understanding the requirements from Design Team
- Perform Structural Analysis on the identified component and Prepare a Report
- Validate Simulation with Test Results and refine Simulation methods
- Present to Internal and External Customers on the results interpretation
- Suggest design recommendations based on Simulation results
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge on Finite Element Methods, in particular Structural Formulation
- Experienced on Static, Vibration, Nonlinear (Contact, Material) using Ansys Workbench
- Capability to develop appropriate Models using DM, Space Claim for Pre processing
- In-depth Knowledge in sheet metal parts modelling in Ansys is Mandatory
- Familiar with CAD tools CREO
Good Communication, Excellent Team Player, and in-depth technical knowledge
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge in Automobile products development / validation.
Knowledge in Vibrations, thermal will be added advantage
Experience : 1 – 3 years
