Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Understand client requirements and explain our software solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with prospects.
- Maintain lead and client records in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent support.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in handling client calls and meetings.
- Basic knowledge of software, mobile apps, and digital solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or business development will be preferred.
