Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (target-based) + Performance-Based Incentives
Work Mode: Field Work (In-Person)
Important: Candidates residing in or near the following areas will be given preference: Khanpur, Sangam Vihar, Madangir, Deoli & Dakshinpuri.
Role Overview:
Siddhas Trust is seeking proactive and field-oriented Community Mobilizers to conduct door-to-door outreach, household surveys, beneficiary identification, and community data collection across urban slums, rural communities, schools, hospitals, and other target locations. The role requires extensive fieldwork and direct interaction with women, youth, families, students, patients, community leaders, and local stakeholders to collect accurate information and support the implementation of social development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door household visits to identify beneficiaries and collect community data.
- Perform field surveys and questionnaires related to education, health, livelihoods, women empowerment, youth development, and social welfare. Visit schools, hospitals, communities, government institutions, and local organizations for data collection and beneficiary mapping.
- Engage directly with women, youth, families, students, patients, and vulnerable groups to understand their needs and challenges.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate beneficiary records, survey forms, and field data.
- Identify eligible beneficiaries for Siddhas Trust programs and facilitate their enrollment.
- Organize community meetings, awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with local leaders, resident welfare groups, schools, healthcare facilities, and government representatives.
- Conduct follow-up visits to monitor beneficiary participation and program impact.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports to the Secretary.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior NGO or social sector experience is mandatory.
- Experience in community mobilization, field surveys, beneficiary engagement, awareness campaigns, or grassroots development preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and community engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently in field environments and travel as required.
Performance Expectations
The primary KPIs for this role include:
- Number of household visits completed.
- Number of surveys conducted and accurately submitted.
- Number of women, youth, families, and beneficiaries identified and mobilized.
- Number of schools, hospitals, and community institutions covered.
- Achievement of field outreach and beneficiary enrollment targets.
- Quality and accuracy of collected field data.
- Timely submission of survey reports and documentation.
Compensation:
Monthly salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience and target achived)
