We are looking for a proactive Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution while ensuring successful project delivery.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Business Analysis & Delivery) to lead software projects from requirement gathering through successful delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, project management, client communication, software documentation, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team coordination.
You will work closely with clients, developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end software development projects.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Business Analysis
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct client discovery sessions and requirement workshops.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Identify gaps and recommend optimal solutions.
- Validate requirements with stakeholders.
Documentation
Prepare and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Wireframe Documentation
- API Requirement Documents
- Meeting Minutes (MoM)

Client Communication
- Conduct requirement gathering meetings.
- Present project progress and demos.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Handle requirement clarifications.
- Coordinate UAT sessions.
- Maintain regular communication with international clients.
Agile Delivery
- Plan and facilitate Sprint Planning sessions.
- Manage Product Backlog.
- Prioritize tasks with stakeholders.
- Conduct Daily Stand-ups.
- Organize Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Track sprint velocity and team productivity.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with Developers, Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure effective communication across teams.
- Resolve dependencies and blockers.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Experience
- 4–7 years of experience managing software development projects.
- Experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
- Experience preparing software documentation.
- Experience working with Agile teams.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience communicating with international clients.
