Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and increase sales for Saudi Arabia operations from the Madurai office.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities in the Saudi market.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order coordination professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through email and phone calls.
- Prepare and send commercial offers, technical documents, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, dispatch, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on pending quotations and payment collections.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Support management in expanding business in Oil & Gas, Marine, Electrical, and Solar sectors.
- Handle professional email communication with clients and suppliers.
- Attend online meetings with overseas customers when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English (Mandatory).
- Strong email handling and professional correspondence skills.
- Confident in customer interaction and sales follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Qualification
- B.E. EEE / Mechanical Preferred.
- Other candidates with relevant sales experience and confidence can also apply.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Handling.
- Experience in industrial, electrical, oil & gas, marine, or solar sectors preferred.

- Willing to work for international/Saudi market operations.
- Candidates from Madurai and nearby locations preferred.
