Job Summary
We are looking for aBusiness Development Associate to generate B2B leads, understand client requirements, and schedule meetings between prospective clients and management. The role also involves coordinating with institutions and channel partners to create business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective clients and introduce company services.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads.
- Understand client requirements and maintain records.
- Schedule physical or virtual meetings with management.
- Reach out to institutions and channel partners.
- Conduct follow-ups and update lead status.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Local Language
- Mandatory Laptop, WiFi, Dual SIM / Spare Smart Phone
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Email, and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
