WordPress Developer (Remote) – Hosting, Multi-Site Management & AI Workflows

We’re hiring a fast-learning WordPress Developer to help manage and scale multiple websites across a global portfolio of online businesses.

You do NOT need 10 years of experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining multiple WordPress websites
- Updating themes, plugins, and WordPress core safely
- Handling hosting environments and website migrations
- Troubleshooting technical website issues
- Managing DNS, SSL, backups, staging sites, and Cloudflare setups
- Improving website speed and performance
- Supporting SEO and landing page deployment
- Assisting with automation and AI-integrated workflows
- Collaborating with marketing, operations, and growth teams
Experience We’re Looking For
You should have experience with some combination of:
- WordPress administration
- cPanel / WHM
- VPS or cloud hosting
- Website migrations
- DNS management
- Cloudflare
- SSL certificates
- Elementor / Gutenberg / GeneratePress
- Website speed optimization
- Git/GitHub basics
- Technical troubleshooting

What This Role Is Actually Like

Some weeks you may help launch landing pages.Other weeks you may troubleshoot hosting issues, optimize site performance, or experiment with AI-driven automation systems.

If you prefer repetitive work with rigid structure and constant supervision, this likely won’t be the right fit.
