- Implement and monitor the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct Tool Box Talks (TBT) and safety inductions for workers and staff.
- Verify and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems for all activities.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Monitor work activities such as lifting operations, work at height, confined space entry, hot work, and electrical work.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct emergency drills and support emergency response activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams on safety matters.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure all machinery, equipment, and tools comply with safety standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
