Job Title: Driver (Student Transport)
Location: Kottakkal, Malappuram, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Pick & Drop: Safely transport students between hostels and Xylem Learning centers according to the daily schedule.
- Vehicle Care: Drive responsibly, keep the bus clean, and perform daily basic checks (fuel, brakes, tires). Report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety First: Strictly follow traffic rules and ensure students board and exit safely. Keep your driving documents up to date.
- Coordination: Stay in touch with hostel wardens and transport coordinators. Report any route delays or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Education: SSLC or Plus Two (Preferred).
- License: Valid Driving License (HMV / Heavy Vehicle License with Passenger Badge preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience driving a bus or working in school/college/institutional transport is highly preferred.
- Skills: Good knowledge of local routes in Kottakkal and fluency in Malayalam.
- Attributes: Patient, reliable, and able to stay calm during peak traffic hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
