Shift Details
- 3 Shift Rotation (First, Second & Night Shift)
- Duty Hours: 12 Hours
Salary Structure
12th Pass:- ₹22,500 + ₹1,500 DBT (Under NAPS)
ITI :-₹22,500 + ₹1,500 DBT (Under NAPS)
Graduate:-₹22,500 + ₹4,000 DBT (Under NATS)
Diploma:-₹22,500 + ₹4,000 DBT (Under NATS)
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Maintain production quality and safety standards.
- Follow company SOPs and shift guidelines.
- Perform basic inspection and reporting activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth operations.
