Khushhi IVF is a leading fertility center committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based fertility care. We are looking for an empathetic, energetic, and target-oriented Tele Counsellor to guide patients through their fertility journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing patients.
- Explain infertility, IUI, IVF, ICSI, fertility preservation, and related services in simple language.
- Counsel patients with empathy and confidence.
- Convert enquiries into doctor consultations and treatment appointments.
- Follow up with digital leads, website enquiries, WhatsApp leads, and referrals.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and front office.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/HMS.
- Send appointment reminders and treatment-related information.
- Coordinate with marketing and patient care teams.
- Ensure excellent patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Patient Counselling, IVF, Healthcare, Hospital, or Diagnostic Centre.
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Good listening and counselling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in IVF, Gynecology, Obstetrics, or Hospital industry.
- Experience handling high-value healthcare leads.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary
- ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
