Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or food service outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supervising the service team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant or assigned outlet.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of service staff.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Assist in inventory control and stock management.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Support the Restaurant Manager/F&B Manager in achieving sales and service targets.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
