Job Summary
We are looking for a Billing Engineer Executive who will be responsible for project billing, quantity verification, BOQ management, invoice preparation, and coordination with Site Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain project bills, RA bills and invoices.
* Check BOQ, quantities, rates and measurements.
* Verify actual site work and coordinate with Site Engineers for measurements.
* Prepare client and contractor/vendor bills.
* Track submitted, approved, rejected and pending bills.
* Maintain proper billing records and project-wise data.
* Coordinate with Accounts for billing, deductions and payment status.
* Check GST, TDS and other applicable deductions.
* Identify quantity/rate mismatches and resolve them with the concerned team.
* Prepare daily/weekly billing reports and trackers.
* Maintain project documentation and supporting records.
* Follow up with concerned team members for pending measurements, documents and approvals.
* Ensure billing is completed accurately and within deadlines.
Required Skills
* Good knowledge of construction billing and BOQ.
* Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
* Good MS Excel skills.
* Knowledge of GST/TDS and basic accounting.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Knowledge of construction/project management software will be an advantage.
Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
Preferred Candidate
* 1–3 years of experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying / Construction Projects.
* Candidates with experience in client billing, contractor billing or RA billing will be preferred.
* Should be comfortable coordinating with Engineers, Contractors, Architects and Accounts teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
