Experience
0–5 years (Freshers with a Civil Engineering degree may also apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Track project schedules and report delays or issues.
- Assist in quantity measurements and billing activities.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, and construction methods.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Familiarity with MS Office and construction documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
- AutoCAD and project management software knowledge is an advantage.
