The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote Upstrol Health Care's products and services, strengthen brand awareness, generate business opportunities, and support the company's sales and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's healthcare products and services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and business partners.
- Plan and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual marketing targets.Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.

Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of marketing experience are welcome.
