- Coordinate video shoots and podcast recordings.
- Arrange locations, equipment, and vendors.
- Ensure content is captured during meetings, events, and travel.
5. CEO Calendar & Time Management
- Manage appointments, meetings, and speaking engagements.
- Prioritize activities aligned with business and branding goals.
- Coordinate interviews, webinars, and media appearances.
6. Communication & Correspondence
- Draft emails, LinkedIn messages, speeches, and announcements.
- Handle communication with clients, partners, media, and followers.
- Manage influencer collaboration requests.
7. Event & Public Relations Support
- Coordinate conferences, networking events, and media interactions.
- Manage invitations, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with journalists and industry influencers.
8. Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track social media growth, engagement, and reach.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify content trends and improvement opportunities.
9. Research & Trend Monitoring
- Monitor industry news and competitor activities.
