Project Manager | Project Architect is a professional who specializes in the planning, design, and development of outdoor spaces for various types of projects across all sectors.The position requires strong client interaction, project management capabilities, team leadership, and collaboration with consultants and international studios to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
Excellent in design skills in resolving multiple projects.
Excellent in producing quality work and innovative designs.
Proficient in project presentations to Client’s team
Proficient in project management skills and achieving desired outcome from team.
Work on multiple projects from design development to construction administration with limited supervision.
Conduct project meetings and client presentations under guidance.
Provide technical direction/ guidance and input to project team for preparation of presentation drawings, construction drawings, landscape detailing, specifications, estimates, tendering packages and site supervision as per GSA standards for their performance evaluation
Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings and technical documentation at all project stages.
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and deadlines.
Ensure to maintain a healthy relationship with the clients and the vendors.
Maintain regular contact with all assigned project clients, strives to develop best possible working relationship and client satisfaction.
Work collaboratively and iteratively with all consultants for project coordination.
Assist in training to GSA junior team members for preparation of landscape construction drawings and presentation drawings.
Assist junior team or interns in following technical standards and producing quality drawings.
Arrange various staff training sessions for upgrading technical knowledge or market trends through materials, products and technology.
Prepare project schedules and allocate tasks to project team and monitor progress.
Conduct interviews and assessment of new team members.
Maintain project documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) degree
Experience – total 8 to 10 years of relevant project experience
Experience coordinating with clients and technical consultants
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
